Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support store across multiple locations.
  • Ensure all stores achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor store performance and prepare regular operational and financial reports.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
  • Manage inventory levels and minimize stock losses/shrinkage.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate store staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and operational issues.
  • Implement promotions, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits.
  • Coordinate with the finance department on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) matters.
  • Review store expenses, petty cash, and supplier payments.
  • Monitor collection of receivables and ensure timely remittance of sales.
