Job Description

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Supervise and support store managers to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide guidance to team members.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of labor.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Oversee and support daily operations in multiple stores within the assigned area.
  • Ensure that all store processes (inventory management, cash handling, ordering, etc.) are followed consistently.
  • Enforce health and safety guidelines and maintain store compliance with legal and company standards.

Sales and Profitability:
