Job Description
Team Leadership and Management:
- Supervise and support store managers to ensure smooth store operations.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide guidance to team members.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of labor.
Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee and support daily operations in multiple stores within the assigned area.
- Ensure that all store processes (inventory management, cash handling, ordering, etc.) are followed consistently.
- Enforce health and safety guidelines and maintain store compliance with legal and company standards.
Sales and Profitability:
- Drive sales performance by analyzing store sales data and implementing corrective actions as needed.
