Job Summary

The Area Manager oversees the performance, profitability, and operations of multiple stores in North Luzon. Responsible for sales targets, customer satisfaction, and store compliance, while ensuring strong leadership across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Profitability

• Achieve sales and income targets for all assigned stores
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and expenses
• Submit monthly and quarterly sales plans and reports

Customer Experience

• Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction
• Resolve escalated customer concerns
• Conduct regular store audits and maintain brand standards

Operations & Leadership

• Supervise 5–10 stores and lead store managers
