Area Supervisor Job Description

Joining our team as an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability in your assigned restaurants through hiring, training and supervising restaurant Assistant managers, and ensuring that all restaurants are operating in accordance with company standards and procedures. You will be responsible for 3 locations in your region. This is a large role affecting many different business units.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Help promote open communication between all levels of crew in the restaurant including: managers, assistant managers and crew.
