Administrative Support to Area Coordinators

  • Maintain and update the 201 files, contract records, and orientation attendance of all deployed personnel.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal documentation needs, clarifications, and updates from Area Coordinators.
  • Encode, organize, and archive files to support HR and Operations in audits and monitoring.

Communication and Coordination

  • Relay and follow up important announcements, reminders, and policy updates from management to Area Coordinators and vice versa.
  • Coordinate with HR for contract expiration, renewals, endorsements, and pooling requests.
  • Identify outlets that require pooling or replacements and assist in preparing the endorsement forms.
  • Monitor and summarize issues/concerns relayed by Area Coordinators for escalations to HR or Operations/Area Coordinators.
