Job Summary

The Area Training Manager is responsible for implementing and managing training programs across multiple locations within a designated area. This role oversees in-person training schedules, manages a team of trainers, and ensures training processes align with operational and safety standards. The Area Training Manager also works closely with Candidate Experience (CX) Specialists to provide a positive onboarding experience and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Delivery
    Implement company training programs at the area level, ensuring consistency and alignment with standards. Collaborate with location managers to deliver effective onboarding and safety training.

  • Trainer Management
    Supervise and schedule trainers, maintain certifications, and ensure compliance. Adjust workloads and schedules as needed while managing budgets.
