Our client is a leading supplier of a large range of automotive parts & accessories, working with resellers and end users. With a focus on providing exceptional service levels to their vast client base, they are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee branch operations across WA and SA, and this role can be based out of either state.

Working with appointed branch managers and sales teams, this role is a strategic leadership position. Accountable for driving performance, you will collaborate with teams to implement objectives to achieve sales growth and profitability, along with operational improvements and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership - mentoring, coaching and development of Branch Managers and sales teams
• Drive sales and operational objectives to increase customer satisfaction levels and business profitability
• Management of budgets, margins and business financials
• Establish and engage with customers and identify & support growth opportunities
• Develop strategic plans and operational initiatives cultivating a positive and safe team environment

Background and Experience

• Sound experience in multisite management, ideally with experience in the automotive, or related industry
• Highly developed people leadership skills with the achievements in developing and mentoring teams
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Impactful communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
• High levels of energy with strong time management abilities and customer focused

A negotiable salary, fully maintained vehicle and bonus structure will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
