Required Experience

✅ UK Collections experience (Motor Finance preferred)

✅ Credit control, arrears calling, or default management

✅ Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, Consumer Credit Act & GDPR

✅ Experience in forbearance, insolvency, litigation & customer vulnerability handling

✅ Asset & agreement management

✅ Financial adjustments (credit amendments, fee reversals, forbearance)

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
