About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Creative Lead / Art Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver smart, modern, AI-powered creative work at speed. This role demands sharp conceptual thinking, exceptional design sensibilities, and the ability to switch between multiple projects in a single day—without losing vision or quality.

You will lead creative development across digital ads, AI-generated visuals, product campaigns, brand narratives, and high-impact marketing assets. If you work best under pressure, love experimentation, and know how to use AI as a creative superpower, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end creative development for static, video, and AI-generated campaigns.
  • Ideate and execute fast, high-quality visual concepts for multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, product team, and AI tools team to push the boundaries of automated creativity.
  • Provide clear creative direction to designers and production teams, ensuring consistency and strong brand alignment.
  • Manage daily workloads across multiple clients and internal pipelines; ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.
  • Oversee the design output—storyboards, visual references, layouts, campaign directions, style guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI tools, creative automation trends, and new-age visual styles.
  • Review creative outputs generated by AI and refine them to match brand standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers to uplift the overall creative quality.
  • Present ideas and creative rationale to clients and internal stakeholders confidently.


Requirements

  • 6–7 years of experience as an Art Director, Creative Lead, or Senior Designer in a digital-first or advertising agency.
  • Strong conceptual and execution skills—ability to think fast and create faster.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a single day with clarity, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, and overall design fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of AI creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.)—or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong visual storytelling abilities and a portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns, art direction, and digital-first creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and guide creative teams with a calm, solution-first approach.
  • Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-moving ad environment.
