The Art Director will lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of multimedia content across social media, CRM, and digital platforms. This role focuses on creating visually compelling, brand-aligned assets that drive marketing objectives, enhance audience engagement, and strengthen brand presence across multiple markets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Content Creation

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality multimedia content including static creatives, motion graphics, videos, GIFs, animations, and other digital assets.
  • Tailor content formats to platform-specific requirements and audience behaviors.

Campaign Ideation & Execution

  • Collaborate with account management and creative teams to ideate and execute campaigns for key moments such as product launches, seasonal promotions, celebrations, and corporate initiatives.
  • Translate campaign strategies into visually impactful stories across digital and experiential platforms.

Digital, Social & CRM Assets

  • Design cohesive and high-performing creatives for newsletters, email campaigns, websites, and long-form digital content.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints including social media, CRM, and web platforms.

Brand Stewardship

  • Own and uphold the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency in design language and tone across all platforms.
  • Adapt brand guidelines for different markets, platforms, and campaign needs without compromising brand integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, marketers, and global creative agency partners to bring ideas to life.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs within timelines.

Innovation & Trend Awareness

  • Stay up to date with emerging design, digital, and social media trends.
  • Introduce innovative formats, storytelling approaches, and visual styles to elevate content performance and engagement.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8–11 years of experience in creative advertising agencies, preferably within multinational or global agency networks.
  • Proven experience across always-on digital and social content as well as large-scale campaigns involving films, activations, and experiential marketing.
  • Strong understanding of what performs best on various social media platforms and digital channels.

Skills & Expertise

  • Expertise in social, digital, and CRM content including promotional films, ads, captions, and long-form web content
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Sketch, and other digital design tools
  • Strong knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, animation, and motion design
  • Excellent aesthetic judgment with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling
  • Ability to collaborate effectively on long-term and complex creative projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of digital and web publishing platforms
