Overview

Define and maintain the overall visual style, design language, and creative direction of the website of company. Translate business and marketing requirements into strong visual concepts. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers (UI, graphic, motion if applicable). Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage deadlines. Review and approve design outputs to ensure quality and consistency. Provide constructive feedback and guide team members’ growth. Build a scalable design workflow so the team can operate efficiently without bottlenecks. Establish and improve design workflows, guidelines, and SOPs. Ensure designs are delivered on time and aligned with requirements. Balance speed, quality, and commercial impact. Coordinate with Account Manager, Programmer and Operations teams.
