About the Role
We’re looking for an Art Director with strong visual craft, sharp conceptual thinking, and a hunger to make work that gets noticed. You’ll collaborate on big ideas, help shape visual direction, and execute high-quality creative across platforms—while actively embracing AI tools and automation as part of the modern creative process. This role is ideal for a creative who’s building an award-worthy portfolio. Concept and execute compelling visual ideas across digital, social, film, print, and integrated campaigns.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely within Creative and Account Management team to develop strong, insight-driven concepts
Translate creative ideas into high-quality design and art direction across multiple formats
Stay up to date with design, advertising, cultural, and technology trends
Use AI-powered tools and creative automation to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production
Support seniors in bringing campaigns from concept to execution
Present work internally and participate in client reviews
Help maintain high standards of craft and visual consistency across projects
What We’re Looking For
A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and excellent design craft
5–7 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency environment
Experience contributing to award-winning or award-shortlisted work (or clear award potential)
Strong skills in layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
Ability to think conceptually while executing with attention to detail
Comfort experimenting with new tools, platforms, and creative formats
Collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset
Required Skills & Tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic to intermediate experience in motion, video, or interactive design is a plus
Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, generative design workflows, automation tools)
Understanding of integrated brand systems and campaign execution
