Art Director

What Youll Do

• Guide the creative visual and graphic design direction across all visual communication touch points, ensuring design assets align with the brands identity, strategy, and goals.
• Work with marketing, web, and product teams to execute high-quality graphic designs that reflect the brands identity and narrative while supporting business goals. Supervise day-to-day graphic design project workflows and mentor junior team members.
• Design primarily for the Ads, Web, and Retention Marketing functions, while supporting overall design direction across branding, packaging, social media, PR, and future activations.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar leadership / project management role within a creative team.
• Direct brand experience in fashion, retail, cosmetics, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
