Qualifications

• ✔️ At least 2 years of experience on similar position.
• ✔️ Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting and challenges of real-time development.
• ✔️ Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.
• ✔️ Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
• ✔️ Attention to visual details.
• ✔️ Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• ✔️ Leading the art team, providing constructive art feedback, training.
• ✔️ Helping with creating all necessary art materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.
• ✔️ In collaboration with the Art Director evaluate staffing requirements and be involved in the artists' recruitment process.
