JOB TITLE:  Art Service Agent
LOCATION:   Santiago
WORKING MODEL:   On site
SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM -5:30 PM  MONDAY - FRIDAY
Salary : RD$26,500 Monthly
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:  
 
Ensure orders contain the correct information and maintain the database up to date with all graphic IDS for each product, thus contributing to reaching art department quality goal. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   
 
  • Properly feed the database with the different gear specifications per customer on the AS400 system documenting previous records and updates.
  • Monitor lead time through the AS400 system to ensure on time delivery date; enhance information course to designer and production personnel.
