Job Overview

Cotton Concepts is seeking a Junior Art Work Designer for our Home Textiles division in Coimbatore. This full-time position demands a creative designer with a solid foundation in artwork design, computer-aided design, and textile design. The right candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in the field, with a passion for developing contemporary and unique textile patterns.

Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop original artwork and design concepts for home textile products that align with the company's vision and market trends.
• Collaborate with the product development team to refine designs and ensure feasibility throughout the manufacturing process.
• Utilize CAD tools to create detailed schematics and specifications for textile patterns and layouts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to keep designs fresh and competitive.
• Create mood boards to present and validate design concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure that designs are accurately translated into final products.
• Prepare and maintain organized records of all design work for easy reference and continuous improvement.
• Engage in regular feedback sessions to iteratively improve design outcomes and meet client expectations.
