Roles & Responsibilities :
Income Tax Compliance & Advisory – ITR filings, advance tax, TDS compliance, lower tax deduction certificates, and strategic tax planning for individuals, firms, and companies.
NRI Taxation – Consultancy on NRI tax obligations, exemptions, and planning.
Audits – Conducting Tax Audits, MAT audits (Form 29 B), SEZ audits (Form 56 F), and certification work.
Assessment & Litigation Support – Handling income tax assessments, demand/penalty notices, rectifications, appeals, investigation proceedings, and litigation matters.
Refunds & Rectifications – Managing income tax refunds, rectifications, and foreign tax credit claims.
International Tax & Transfer Pricing – Assisting with Form 15 CA/15 CB filings, TP study reports( Global and Domestic), TP audit (Form 3 CEB), and providing expert TP consultancy.
GST Compliance & Advisory – Filing GST returns, handling GST refunds, audits, investigation proceedings, demand notices, and providing planning and consultancy.
Trust & Exemption Registrations – Registration of trusts under sections 80 G and 12 A/12 AB, Consultancy and Litigation

CA Inter Both Group Cleared
Excellent in Tax, English & Maths
