Artificial Intelligence Architect

We are seeking a visionary AI & GenAI Application Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in NLP, LLMs/SLMs, agentic systems, and scalable AI architectures. This individual will drive AI strategy, solution design, and technical governance while enabling high-impact enterprise AI applications.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP, NLI) and tiny/small language models, including retraining of transformer and BERT-based models.
• Extensive experience building conversational NLP systems.
• Hands-on experience in SLM adaptor fine-tuning, SFT training, and SLM pruning (base and instruct models).
• Experience with retriever frameworks in Q&A and RAG bots.
