Job Description

We’re looking for a Backend Developer with 0–4 years of hands-on experience to join our fast-moving product team.

In this role, you'll help shape the backend of our AI-driven conversational platforms, working on scalable APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations using Fast API and modern Python frameworks. You'll collaborate closely with frontend, AI/ML, and product teams to build experiences that delight users and deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI
  • Build and scale backend infrastructure to support real-time conversational AI applications
  • Optimize performance and reliability of services, algorithms, and data storage systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, product design, and feature delivery
  • Deploy and manage services on AWS, GCP, or Azure
