Core Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop autonomous agents using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines. Retrieve information from diverse data types stored in vector databases
• Instrument applications using Langfuse to monitor agent traces, debug complex chains, and run A/B tests on prompt performance.
• Integrate provision to switch between latest LLM models
• Design system for Function Calling capabilities

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in LangChain or LlamaIndex. Including building stateful, multi-agent systems.
• Deep experience with Qdrant. Including high-performance similarity search, filtering, payload management, and collection sharding.
