About

I'm a 
founder and hands-on builder
 working on several early-stage products at the intersection of 
AI, automation, fintech, marketplaces, and real-world workflows
.

Some projects are live and scaling, others are at MVP / experimentation stage.

I'm looking for an 
AI Engineer / Builder
 who enjoys ambiguity, fast iteration, and turning ideas into working systems.

This is not a "corporate AI role".

This is for someone who likes to 
build, test, break, ship, and repeat
.

What you'll do

You may work on one or several projects, depending on interest and timing:

• Build 
  AI-powered services, agents, and automations
• Work with 
  LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents, workflows
• Connect AI to 
  real products
  : APIs, databases, messengers, dashboards
• Prototype fast, then harden what works
• Experiment with tools, models, and architectures
• Think like a product builder, not just an engineer

No fixed scope — projects evolve, and so will your role.

What I'm looking for

This role is intentionally broad. You don't need everything below — but you should resonate with the mindset.

• Experience with 
  LLMs (OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source models)
• Comfortable with 
  Python / JS / TS
   (or similar)
• Familiar with concepts like 
  agents, RAG, vector databases, pipelines
• Startup mentality: 
  ownership, speed, pragmatism
• Curious, self-directed, and comfortable with uncertainty
• Able to work independently and propose solutions, not just implement tasks

Bonus (not required):

• Fintech, marketplaces, SaaS, or automation experience
• Background in startups, indie hacking, or founder-led teams
• DevOps, cloud, or data engineering exposure

Compensation

Flexible:

• Salary / contract range: €30,000 – €100,000 (depending on experience)
• Project-based
• Equity or hybrid options for the right fit
