Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on cutting-edge projects in generative AI and computer vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and hands-on experience with Python, modern AI frameworks, and cloud platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI models and solutions.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and optimize AI/ML models, including generative models (GANs, VAEs, and LLMs) and computer vision systems.
  • Implement end-to-end ML pipelines—from data preprocessing and model training to deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and integrate innovative approaches into projects.
  • Ensure robust MLOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).


What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, LangChain, and Hugging Face).
  • Experience with multimodal LLM models like Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT-4V (Vision), DALL-E (OpenAI), LLaVA (Large Language & Vision Assistant), GenAI, and Python.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning/deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, transformers, supervised/unsupervised learning).
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and cloud platforms.
  • Solid understanding of computer vision and NLP techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.


Qualifications:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
