Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in AI Agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to Generative AI frameworks , along with experience in Copilot Studio and Power Automate , enabling intelligent automation across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agents capable of:
  • Autonomous task execution
  • Contextual understanding
  • Conversational interactions
  • Architect and implement RAG pipelines , including:
  • Vector databases
  • Embedding models
  • Document ingestion and retrieval systems
  • Build and integrate Generative AI solutions with:
  • Copilot Studio
  • Power Automate
  • Enterprise business workflows
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
  • Optimize performance, latency, and accuracy of GenAI models in production
  • Stay current with advancements in LLMs, agentic workflows, and GenAI tooling
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI

Technical Skills

Generative AI & Agent Frameworks

  • Proven experience building AI Agents using:
  • LangChain
  • LangGraph
  • Semantic Kernel
  • Haystack or similar frameworks
  • Strong understanding of RAG architecture , including:
  • Document chunking strategies
  • Embedding models
  • Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
  • Experience integrating and orchestrating LLMs

Microsoft & Azure Ecosystem

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Copilot Studio
  • Power Automate
  • Dataverse
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience with Azure AI Services , including:
  • Azure OpenAI Service
  • Azure AI Studio
  • Strong exposure to Azure services:
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Azure Blob Storage
  • Azure Cosmos DB
  • Azure Bot Service
  • Azure SDKs

Programming & Backend Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks
  • RESTful API development
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB

Cloud & Deployment

  • Experience deploying Generative AI solutions on cloud platforms:
  • Azure (preferred)
  • AWS or GCP
  • Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade GenAI platforms.
