Key Responsibilities

• Model Development:

Design, build, and train machine learning/deep learning models using large datasets.

Data preprocessing, model training, integration with existing systems, performance monitoring, and staying current with AI advancements, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and create intelligent, data-driven solutions.

• Algorithm Creation:

Develop algorithms for specific tasks, such as NLP, recommendation engines, or computer vision.

• Data Handling:

Collect, preprocess, and analyze complex data, ensuring quality and compliance.

• Implementation & Integration:

Work with engineers to deploy AI models into production systems and applications.

• Optimization:

Fine-tune models for accuracy, efficiency, and performance.

• Research & Innovation:

Stay updated on the latest AI trends, research, and best practices.

• Collaboration:

Partner with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and align AI solutions with business goals.

• Monitoring & Maintenance:

Monitor deployed systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.

• Documentation & Ethics:

Create system documentation and ensure ethical considerations are met in AI projects.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• BE/B-Tech- Electrical/mechanical with 15+ years’ experience and completed AI - Specialist training.
• Strong foundation in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and data science.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data preprocessing, big data analysis, and programming (Python is common).
• Understanding of NLP, Computer Visions, or other specialized AI areas.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
