Head of AI & ML Engineering Recruitment @ trg.

This role focuses on using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI automation to process structured and unstructured financial data, build multi‑agent systems, and integrate LLMs into production workflows.

Interview Process: 4 stages.

Employment Type: Full‑time, fully remote (B2B contract).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or AI Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Python, AWS, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, MLOps, and PostgreSQL
  • Deep understanding of LLM architectures, fine‑tuning, and multi‑agent systems
  • Skilled in multi‑hop RAG and agent‑based AI systems
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud services and AI infrastructure
