Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement autonomous AI agents with planning, memory, reasoning, and tool-use capabilities
  • Build multi-agent systems with coordination, delegation, and feedback loops
  • Develop agent workflows for task execution, decision-making, and long-horizon reasoning
  • Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models like LLaMA, Mistral)
  • Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases , and memory architectures
  • Optimize inference latency, cost, and reliability in production environments
  • Design scalable, secure AI agent architectures for production use
  • Implement observability, monitoring, and evaluation for agent performance
  • Ensure robustness, safety, and alignment of autonomous behaviors


Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering or AI/ML experience
  • 3+ years working with ML systems, LLMs, or intelligent automation
  • Proven experience deploying AI systems in production

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python (required); experience with JavaScript/TypeScript a plus
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and RAG architectures
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.)
