About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems. You will work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and frontend teams to integrate AI into scalable applications across domains such as fintech, e-commerce, logistics, healthcare, and enterprise SaaS.

This role requires strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and production-grade AI system deployment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
  • Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference
  • Work on NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics
  • Integrate AI models into backend services using REST/gRPC APIs
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning
  • Deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Monitor model performance and retrain when required
  • Stay updated with the latest research and AI advancements

    • Required SkillsTechnical Skills
    • Strong proficiency in Python
    • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
    • Hands-on with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases
    • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Speech AI
    • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
    • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
    • Strong understanding of REST APIs
    • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

    • Preferred Skills
    • Experience with Generative AI (Chatbots, AI agents, RAG systems)
    • Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS
    • Experience in real-time inference systems
    • Familiarity with Fintech, E-commerce, or SaaS platforms
    • Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure)


    Qualifications
    • B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field
    • Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design
    • 2+ years of experience building production AI systems
