We’re creating an always-on AI financial companion — one that understands users, builds personalized debt-free plans, tracks progress, and nudges behavior over time using the right mix of intelligence, empathy, and action.
This is not a chatbot role.
This is not a “support AI” role.
This is a core product role where you will define how our product thinks, speaks, plans, and acts.
What You’ll Build
You will own BON’s entire AI layer end-to-end, including:
Agentic Systems
Design and implement multi-step AI agents for:
Debt reduction planning
Goal tracking
Behavioral nudging
Financial reasoning
Build long-term memory and user state systems
Agent orchestration, tool calling, and planning workflows
Architect AI systems that can reason, act, and improve over time
