Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial remote work. The selected candidate will design, develop, and implement AI-based systems, focusing on areas such as natural language processing, neural networks, and pattern recognition. Responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing research to develop cutting-edge AI models, writing clean and efficient software code, and optimizing AI algorithms for real-world applications. Additionally, the role requires testing, debugging, and ensuring the scalability of solutions to meet enterprise needs.

Backend + System Engineering

• Architect and develop scalable backend systems and APIs for AI products
• Build robust pipelines for data ingestion, processing and retrieval
• Design secure and production-ready microservices and integrations

AI/ML/LLM Engineering

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models and LLM workflows
• Build RAG systems (retrieval augmented generation), embeddings, vector search and agent workflows
• Evaluate model outputs, improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and optimize latency/cost
• Deploy AI workflows using cloud infrastructure and containers

AI Product Development (Must-Have)

• 7–10 years in backend development (Node, PHP, Python, Java)
• 3–4 years hands-on experience in AI/ML + LLM development
• Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech)
• Work end-to-end on AI product lifecycle: discovery → prototyping → production → iteration
• Translate business problems into technical solutions with measurable outcomes
• Create scalable AI systems that are reliable, secure, and usable in production
• Proven AI product development experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of backend frameworks & architecture
• Strong problem-solving + ownership mindset
• Proven proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related technologies
• Ability to solve complex problems and implement scalable AI solutions
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
