Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We have an open position for AI Engineer role, job description is pasted below for your reference. This is a contract role – 3 Months , and we’re looking for immediate joiners.

Work Location : Remote

Work Timings : 12pm to 9 pm IST and need to be flexible based on client calls.

Key Responsibilities

1. LLM & Agent Development

Develop, train, fine‑tune, and deploy LLM-powered AI Agents for document ingestion, contextual extraction, summarization, and classification.

Build multi-step reasoning agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or custom orchestration engines.

Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS, Azure AI Search, etc.).

Optimize prompt engineering, evaluation metrics, and hallucination mitigation.

2. Document & PDF Processing

Build scalable pipelines for extracting data from:

PDFs (native + scanned)

Word documents

Excel files

Email text and attachments

Use OCR/ICR tools such as Tesseract, Azure Form Recognizer, AWS Textract, Google Document AI, or other document intelligence platforms.

Convert unstructured content into structured formats for downstream consumption.

3. Automation Workflow Engineering

Design and implement AI-driven workflow automations that streamline business processes.

Integrate AI agents with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).

Build end-to-end pipelines using APIs, message queues, event-driven architectures, or middleware tools.

Develop monitoring, logging, exception-handling, and auditing layers for production reliability.

4. Architecture & Deployment

Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) to deploy AI models in scalable environments.

Containerize solutions using Docker/Kubernetes for CICD and production rollout.

Ensure performance, scalability, and data security best practices.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with business, product, and ERP teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

Prepare design documentation, solution architectures, and technical specifications.

Provide technical support for PoCs, pilots, and production deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1.Technical Skills

Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, or similar).

Hands-on with AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).

Expertise in Python and familiarity with Node.js or Java is a plus.

Strong knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG systems.

Experience with PDF parsing, OCR, and document intelligence tools.

Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and ERP integration mechanisms.

Familiarity with cloud platforms—Azure/AWS/GCP.

Good understanding of microservices and modern data pipelines.

3.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise ERPs like SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or Workday.

Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and security in enterprise AI.

Prior experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
