Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant

frameworks.

 Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.

 Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs

and other interfaces.

 Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge

management within AI agents.

 Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen,

AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.

 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers,

and other engineers.

 Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.

 Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.

 Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.

 Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

 Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills:

 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of

independently delivering production-grade backend systems.

 Proven expertise in Python.

 Hands-on experience with Langchain.

 Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2,

Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.

 Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).

 Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building

intelligent systems.

 Proficient with Git for version control.

 Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

 Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS,

Azure, GCP).

 Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for

production deployments.

 Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

 Strong leadership and management skills.

 Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

 Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.

 Proficient in MS Office suite.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with BigQuery.

 Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or

C#.

 Experience developing multi-agent systems.

 Experience with serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies (e.g., AWS

Lambda, Azure

 Functions, GCP Cloud Functions, Docker, Kubernetes).

 Experience with local LLM execution and management.

 Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.

 Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects.

 Strong understanding of security best practices in AI applications.

 Familiarity with MLOps principles.

 Experience with relevant testing frameworks.

 Understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible AI principles.

 Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies such as computer vision, neural networks, and

time-series analysis.
