The Opportunity

We’re looking for a visionary Artificial Intelligence (AI) Manager to lead the development and deployment of AI solutions across the APAC region.

Reporting to the Head of Information Technology – APAC, you’ll be the regional champion for AI—driving innovation, embedding intelligent technologies into core operations, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap for APAC
  • Lead end-to-end AI solution development and deployment
  • Champion responsible AI and foster a culture of innovation
  • Collaborate across IT, data, product, and business teams
  • Mentor and build high-performing AI teams
  • Define KPIs and communicate insights to senior leadership
  • Standardize AI development and governance practices
  • Deliver training programs to build AI literacy across the business

 
What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in AI/ML or data science, with 3+ years in leadership
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Strong understanding of data engineering and governance
  • Proven ability to drive AI strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
