What You’ll Do
Design and implement AI models to address concrete business challenges
Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for specific tasks
Build and manage efficient data pipelines for training and inference
Develop scalable deployment strategies for production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven applications
Monitor model performance and continuously optimize accuracy and efficiency
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and model optimization
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment
Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models
Knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation)
Experience with MLOps and production deployment
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in AI, ML, or related fields
Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLM) or multimodal AI
Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG architectures
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Background in industrial environments or complex real-world AI projects
