What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement AI models to address concrete business challenges
  • Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for specific tasks
  • Build and manage efficient data pipelines for training and inference
  • Develop scalable deployment strategies for production environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven applications
  • Monitor model performance and continuously optimize accuracy and efficiency
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and model optimization


What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models
  • Knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation)
  • Experience with MLOps and production deployment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail


Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in AI, ML, or related fields
  • Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLM) or multimodal AI
  • Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG architectures
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Background in industrial environments or complex real-world AI projects
