Job Description

  • The Artwork Coordinator is responsible for ensuring artwork changes are progressed effectively, efficiently and on time. These activities will be completed in collaboration with all the relevant parties in the artwork process, both internal and external within the remit of the artwork hub or market(s) covered by the role.
  • Act as a point of escalation to resolve issues and conflicts, as well as oversight of the artwork change global programmes for associated Market/HUB.
  • Collates and analyses market performance data and information to support overall supply chain performance monitoring and improvement.
  • Artwork Coordinator acts as Project Manager of an artwork change in Artwork Management System, prepares a project plan against the pack implementation strategy and timings provided by regulatory and manufacturing site lead‑times.
