This role is critical to the successful coordination and execution of asbestos-related projects and serves as a key liaison between insurance carriers, homeowners, internal teams, and abatement contractors.
The Asbestos Administrator is responsible for managing asbestos testing and abatement approvals, maintaining and updating the Abatement Tracking Report, monitoring and organizing asbestos-related communications, preparing abatement estimates, and coordinating project activities to ensure a smooth and compliant process from start to finish.
