Work Experience: 4 to 8 years

GENERAL

  • Ability to comprehend revenue contracts with customers and summarize key commercial terms
  • Working knowledge and practical experience of ASC 606/IFRS 15
  • Practical experience on GAAP conversions – especially from IFRS to US GAAP conversion.
  • Therefore, the ideal candidate would be 3-5 years experienced CA / US CPA with Big4 background/or alternatively who has played similar role in the industry.



SPECIFIC

  • General Accounting
  • US GAAP
  • Working knowledge of SEC filing forms - 10K/10Q
  • Comfortable in interpretation and application of SEC regulations in particular Regulation S-X and S-K
