GENERAL
Ability to comprehend revenue contracts with customers and summarize key commercial terms
Working knowledge and practical experience of ASC 606/IFRS 15
Practical experience on GAAP conversions – especially from IFRS to US GAAP conversion.
Therefore, the ideal candidate would be 3-5 years experienced CA / US CPA with Big4 background/or alternatively who has played similar role in the industry.

Working knowledge of SEC filing forms - 10 K/10 Q
Comfortable in interpretation and application of SEC regulations in particular Regulation S-X and S-K
