Are you passionate about supporting children with autism? A welcoming primary school in Bath is seeking an ASD Support Assistant to join its resource base, supporting children with ASD and related needs in a collaborative and nurturing environment.

What you will do:

* Provide tailored support to children with ASD, enhancing communication, social, and emotional skills
* Work 1:1 and in small groups, delivering engaging learning activities
* Assist with behaviour management and daily routines
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals

What we are looking for:

* Experience working with children with autism or special educational needs
* A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach
