Job Title: ASIC Test Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Test development on an Advantest V93000 platform using SmarTest 8 for the following blocks/interfaces and functionality:

• Perform ADC/DAC verification to ensure accurate analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversions.
• Validate SERDES functionality with both internal and external loopback, including package-level external loopback.
• Execute pre-trim and post-trim calibration steps, including temperature sensor calibration and readings.
• Conduct IO DC parametric tests such as leakage, Vix, and Vox measurements, along with process monitor checks using ring oscillators or tools like ProteanTec and Synopsys.
• Check register and PLL lock status using APB or iJTAG interfaces for access.
• Generate ATPG patterns for stuck-at faults, transition delay faults, and cell-aware or small delay defect detection.
• Measure IDD currents for quiescent, dynamic, and sleep modes, provided separate power supplies are available.
• Implement memory testing using MBIST and enable repair through BISR mechanisms.
• Perform logic testing using LBIST to validate digital logic integrity.
• Apply boundary scan testing compliant with IEEE 1149.1 and IEEE 1149.6 standards using BSDL descriptions.
