The role
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Conducting analyses on the application of laws in relation to the financial services sector, including reviewing financial advice files for compliance with the law and the financial adviser Code of Ethics.Identifying, assessing, and actioning regulatory issues to promote adherence with the law and better outcomes for consumers.Conducting research and analysis on emerging issues across the sectors.Drafting clear, accurate analysis and advice on matters, with supervision on complex issues.Assisting in drafting regulatory instruments and documents.Considering applications for relief from legislation, reviewing submissions, applying policy and precedents, and settling legal instruments.Liaising and engaging with stakeholders on regulatory issues and encouraging improvements in industry practice.Contributing to ...
