Rol principal:
Apoyo en cotizaciones con proveedores externos (seguimiento, comparación, cierre).
Actividades:
- Mantener actualizado el sistema de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo (Mainsaver).
- Generar y dar seguimiento a métricos del área como KPIs, scorecard, lista de Ordenes de Compra pendientes por recibir, etc.
- Manejo de órdenes de compra en sistemas como Yaaxil y Coupa.
- Uso de herramientas como Excel, CI Board para reportes y segui...
