Job Description

Ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office, by supporting the work of management and other staff. Responsibilities of an executive assistant include managing calendars, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you must be organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. In short, you will contribute to the efficiency of our company by providing personalized support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain calendar and scheduling for assigned area
- Screens calls, take messages, and make sure the necessary parties are looped in
- Responds to inquiries and requests for information as needed
- Assists in special projects and reports needed by department
- Responsible for maintaining confidential records and files for management
