BEPC has a Ciudad Juarez area OPEN POSITION for **Administrative Assistant **to join our fast-growing team.
This role is responsible provides support for various HR employee programs and process within the organization, as well as getting involved with other administrative functions of the company.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion
- Maintains company organization charts and employee directory
- Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms
- Prepares paperwork required to place employees on payroll and establishes personnel file
- Responsible to attend visitors and reception
- Maintains employee terminated records with off-boarding checklist
- Maintains accurate insurance enrollments of all employees
