Grafton Recruitment is looking for an Asistente Corporate for an important company in the Industrial sector located in Santiago, who will be in charge of providing our clients with the best service. To be successful in this role, you need excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with our customers and help them make pre-informed decisions about our products or services.
Main responsabilities:
Budget, expense and wage control
Manage bank account
Manage accounting or tax documents (dispatch guides, purchase orders, invoices)
General affairs on daily office operations
Requirements:
Professional degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Public Relations or related careers.
At least 2 or 3 years of experience on customer service.
Knowledge of basic accounting, related to tax documents (dispatch guides, purchase orders, invoices)
Basic knowledge in foreign trade
Microsoft Office Intermediate Level
Fluent English
