Tasks



  • Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring appointments and meetings are prepared in advance.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence, making sure everything is accurate and well-organized.

  • Handle communication on behalf of the executive, including emails and phone calls, to maintain efficient lines of communication.

  • Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, to ensure smooth business trips.

  • Support various administrative tasks and projects to facilitate the executive's workflow and help keep the office running smoothly.


Requirements



  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
