Key Responsibilities: 1. Responding to Queries via Call:Address customer calls, understand tractor-related complaints, and provide effective resolutions by applying your technical expertise.2. Handling Technical Assistance Requests (TAR) on ASK Portal:Manage and respond to TARs (Technical Assistance Requests) submitted through the ASK portal, ensuring timely and accurate solutions are delivered.
