Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales and market penetration for Simplo Vitrified Tiles in the Guwahati . The ideal candidate must have a strong connect with architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and influencers to drive product specification.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for tiles and surfaces in assigned territory.


• Expand retailer & dealer network; ensure product placement, visibility, and brand promotion.


• Conduct product presentations, architect meets, and site visits to increase product usage.


• Track competitor activities and market trends in the tiles & building materials industry.


• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.


• Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies, schemes, and promotional activities.


• Drive overall brand visibility and market share for Simpolo in the region.
