Job Description

Business objectives-



  • Overall responsibility of topline for Primary, Secondary & Tertiary sales in the region

  • Managing distribution network through the team of TEs/SSTE/Associates

  • Formulating, Planning, and Executing sell-out activities and other marketing programs

  • Driving key account management for distributors/ key dealers / key contractors

  • Drive overall sales and growth at unit level by meticulous planning, Indexing and driving conversions with the help of key stakeholders with optimum, inputs and resources.

  • Collections - Oversee effective money circulation with dealers to ensure timely collections and ensure no outstanding dues

  • Distributor Management - Maintain healthy distributor set by Identifying coverage gap areas for engagement through participation in loyalty programs and also facilitate in their value growth by planned interventions

  • Team Management - Work on growth and development of the reporting team by providing them with required inputs, direction and opportunitie
