Job Title:


Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Project and  Channel Sales (Bathware)

Jaipur


Reporting To:


Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Head


Role Purpose:


To drive project and channel sales for the Bathware division, expand market presence, build strong relationships with influencers and channel partners, and achieve revenue and collection targets for Simpolo Bathware.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Sales




  • Develop and manage project business with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and PMC’s.




  • Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.




  • Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and technical discussions.




  • Coordinate for approvals, BOQs, quotations, order finalization, and execution.




  • Ensure timely billing, dispatch, and payment collections.




Channel Sales




  • Appoint, manage, and grow dealers, distributors, and retailers for bathware products.




  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




  • Drive secondary sales and improve market coverage.




  • Implement trade schemes, promotions, and visibility programs.




  • Monitor dealer stock, aging, and credit exposure.




Market Development




  • Increase market penetration and brand visibility in the assigned region.




  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.




  • Ensure effective merchandising and display at dealer outlets.




  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.




Team & Reporting




  • Manage and mentor Sales Officers / Executives.




  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports.




  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams for smooth operations.




Candidate Profile:




  • Experience: 3–7 years in Bathware / Sanitaryware / Bathroom Fittings with strong exposure to Project and Channel Sales.




  • Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred).




  • Strong network with builders, architects, and channel partners.




  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.




  • Ready for extensive travel within the assigned territory.
